Benjamin Alper has valuable experience as a former prosecutor. He previously
litigated in the U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Georgia,
the Criminal Justice Division of the Georgia Attorney General's Office,
and the Northern Virginia Capital Defender's Office.
Mr. Alper's experience as a prosecutor gives him working knowledge
of criminal law from both sides of the courtroom, allowing him to strengthen our clients' cases by finding weaknesses
in the prosecution's case.
Legal & Academic Achievements
Attorney Alper is a graduate of Emory University School of Law. Before
he earned his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Alper graduated with honors from Washington
University in St. Louis, and before that, he spent two years at the United
States Military Academy at West Point. While at Emory University School
of Law, he worked as a Research Assistant, and has been accredited for
his law review articles published on criminal procedure and corporate crimes.
