Our law firm was founded in 1985 with the belief that whenever the government is trying to take away or interfere in any way with the liberty of any individual, that person is entitled to the aggressive and vigilant protection of his/her constitutional rights and to the most vigorous and zealous defense permitted by our laws.

In the Atlanta metro area and throughout Georgia, we defend people charged with felonies and misdemeanors of all types, particularly those charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs.
