Legal & Academic Achievements

Attorney Alper is a graduate of Emory University School of Law. Before he earned his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Alper graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, and before that, he spent two years at the United States Military Academy at West Point. While at Emory University School of Law, he worked as a Research Assistant, where he helped to research and write law review articles published on criminal procedure and corporate crimes.
