Atlanta Criminal Defense Lawyer Benjamin Alper Becomes Partner

The Law Offices of Howard J. Weintraub is pleased to announce that Attorney Benjamin Black Alper – an Associate with our firm – is being promoted to Partner. A member of our firm's legal team since 2010, Mr. Alper has proven himself as a tireless advocate for the criminally accused. His experience, commitment to clients, and passion for criminal law have earned him widespread recognition throughout the local legal community, and have allowed our firm to secure the positive resolutions our clients need.

Attorney Alper brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our firm. He is a former Cadet with the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis before earning his law degree from Emory University School of Law, considered one of the top law schools in the country. Before coming to The Law Offices of Howard J. Weintraub, Mr. Alper worked with the State of Georgia Attorney General's Office and the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia.
